Refund & Billing Policy

This policy explains how billing, the free trial, cancellation, and refunds work for the Breadly Plus subscription. It is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.

1. The 7-day free trial

• New subscribers get a 7-day free trial of Breadly Plus.
• You will not be charged during the trial.
• You can cancel anytime before the trial ends from the Stripe billing portal (linked from your Breadly profile) and you will not be charged.
• If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically and the first $4.99 USD monthly charge is taken.

2. Billing and renewals

• Breadly Plus is $4.99 USD per month, billed in advance and renewed automatically each month until cancelled.
• Where applicable, VAT or sales tax is calculated and added at checkout by Stripe.
• All payments are processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your card details.
• If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry the charge. If payment is not received, your Plus access will end.

3. How to cancel

Open your Breadly profile and tap "Manage subscription". This opens the Stripe customer billing portal where you can cancel, update your payment method, or download invoices. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep Plus access until that date.

4. Refunds

Because Breadly Plus is a low-cost monthly subscription with a generous 7-day free trial, we generally do not offer refunds for partial months or for unused time after a renewal. You can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal.

We may issue a refund at our discretion in cases of duplicate charges, accidental renewals reported promptly, or where required by law. To request review of a charge, email joachim@noobwork.no within 14 days of the charge with your account email and the date of the transaction.

5. EU / UK right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract for digital services.

Breadly Plus is a digital service that is made available to you immediately on subscribing. By starting your subscription (including starting the free trial and proceeding into a paid period) you expressly request that we begin supplying the service immediately and you acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the service has been fully supplied — that is, for the billing period that has already started.

You can still cancel at any time to prevent future renewals. Where the right of withdrawal still applies because the service has not yet been fully supplied, email joachim@noobwork.no within 14 days of your charge to exercise it.

6. Price changes

We may change the price of Breadly Plus going forward. If we do, we will give you reasonable notice before the change applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before the new price takes effect.
